चाचा

With the pandemic going strong, people were losing hope. Everyone was expecting it to be over in the year 2021 but apparently the delta variant was getting stronger.

People did not know what to do, it was getting tougher and difficult to be happy anymore.

But then there are people who irrespective of any thing they are going through will make sure to smile for others.

Like चाचा here, who was busy fixing cycles. People would call out and say नमस्ते चाचा (Hello Uncle) and he would very happily respond back and also ask them “सब खैरियत तो है ना? (All good?)”

In one part of the country people are busy fighting over their respective religion and asserting superiority and in the other part, people, irrespective of their religion, their differences take out time to enquire about the wellbeing of the others.

This pandemic has taught us 1 thing, that no matter who you are,. Where you’re from, what position you hold you will ultimately die.

No matter how much you try, you will perish from the face of the earth and there is no way you can avoid it.

We can perhaps cheat our fate, change our destiny. But in the end we will die, because we cannot cheat death and that is the ultimate truth.

So why waste time in discriminating who deserves respect and who does not, why not live in harmony and peace, why not share love & care.

Let’s ask one another how they are, let’s care about ourselves and others.

Maybe then we can die in PEACE 🕊️
